Your creative sanctuary

Welcome! I’m Laura Ferrari, a Belgian artist and the founder of ArtSoWell.

With ArtSoWell, I create spaces where we can reconnect with ourselves through intuitive painting, sound journeys, yoga and meditation.

I’ve been drawn to creativity for as long as I can remember, through violin, drawing, classical dance and, later, painting. But it was when I started working as a legal consultant, after a Master’s degree in Law and an additional Master’s degree in Notarial Law, that I truly discovered the power of creativity as a way to find balance and peace.

I was stressed. I remember waking up at 4 a.m., thinking about work files. I quickly started looking for ways to feel more grounded and at peace. I began painting… a lot. I practiced yoga, meditated, and gradually discovered how powerful these practices could be.

I deepened my exploration through different training programs, including two Yoga Teacher Trainings, a coaching training using art therapy, a sound journey training and an MBSR program.

At the same time, I developed a professional artistic practice, learned to play the harp and exhibited my work on numerous occasions.

Eventually, I took the leap and changed careers. I created ArtSoWell, a space where we can take care of our body and mind, reconnect with our creativity, and create without judgment.

I believe that creating can change the way we see the world, perhaps allowing us to experience it with a greater sense of wonder.

It reconnects us with our creative power, gradually cultivating a sense of inner safety, the courage to explore, and the ability to make choices that feel more aligned with who we are.

ArtSoWell events take place in my artist studio at Magic Space, Mechelsesteenweg 161 in Antwerp.

I also create tailor-made experiences for private groups, team-building activities and bachelorette parties… creative and mindful moments designed to bring people together in a different way.

Creating without judgment, as a way to discover yourself more deeply… and perhaps, to feel a little more free.
