A gentle and cosy day retreat in the lead-up to Christmas, designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and enjoy a warm space for creativity and presence during this often busy time of year.
A day to ground, listen and create, with:
gentle Hatha yoga and meditation;
a sound journey with live harp;
a nourishing vegetarian lunch;
creation of your own handmade Christmas cards using intuitive painting and mixed media, exploring watercolour, acrylic inks, acrylic paint, pastels and more;
moments of sharing and connection.
A cosy pre-Christmas gathering to pause, create and enjoy the simple pleasure of making something personal and meaningful by hand, whether to offer to someone you love or simply to enjoy the creative process.
No previous experience in yoga or art is needed.
